Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the hygienic nature of our products and the potential risk of contamination from body fluids or breastmilk, most items cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty or an incorrect product has been sent.
Non-returnable items include (but are not limited to):

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Personal care and hygiene products (such as breast pumps, feeding accessories, and wearable baby or mother care items)

Custom or personalised items (such as engraved or special-order products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
If your item is faulty or you believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@baysidebabylife.com.au so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Change of Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, returns may be accepted only if the item is in its original packaging, unopened, and unused. Return shipping for change-of-mind items is at the buyer’s expense.
If an incorrect item has been supplied or an item is found to be faulty, a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided by Bayside Baby Life once the return has been approved.
