This consult provides practical, evidence-based guidance on antenatal expressing, including when to express, how to collect and store colostrum safely, and whether antenatal expressing may be right for you.

For many mums, antenatal expressing can feel overwhelming at first. This consult is designed to give you confidence, realistic expectations and a personalised plan - whether antenatal expressing has been recommended for medical reasons or is something you'd like to explore before your baby's arrival.
