Standard size that fits most. The foam has some give and will bend out slightly if required. There is now a larger size available, so please see internal pillow dimensions of both, to check fit. Should be worn high at the waist and fit snugly and will drop slightly to a comfortable height with babies weight. Will not fit, and is not intended to fit on lap or hips.
